  • Domestic Orders (within India): 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take 7–12 business days
    Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders (add your criteria if needed).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website or the link provided.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability of the customer

  • Additional charges for re-delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.


6. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Send clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund (based on eligibility).


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
